Michael Brush is a consultant and author who has spent his career helping CEOs, senior executives, and boards design organizations that are clear, aligned, and built to perform. A founding partner of Coreinternational Consultants, he led major organization design, strategy alignment, and change management work for medium and large businesses across all types of industries. Known for making complex organizational challenges simple and actionable, he brings decades of practical experience to his writing.He wrote Structure That Works to give leaders and practitioners straightforward tools they can apply immediately. His approach is grounded in clarity, practicality, and a belief that better structures create better workplaces. Mike has also been active in governance for many years. He has advised multiple boards and currently serves as Board Chair of Habitat for Humanity Halton‑Mississauga‑Dufferin.Outside of work, Mike has been a dedicated runner for more than 50 years, competing in long distance races including six Boston Marathons and two New York City Marathons. He and his wife have raised three sons in Burlington, Ontario, and share a love of skiing, cycling, and active, adventure‑focused travel.
